Menu for the Herbal Weight Loss Program
Optimum Weight and Health Without Deprivation!


Upon Waking:
Drink 2 glasses of water*


Breakfast:
1 - 2 tbl. The Soy of Life and 1 - 2 tbl. Nature's Boost and 1 tbl. Flax Oil in 12 oz. of Soy or Almond Milk (reserve 4 oz. of this blend for mid-afternoon). You may also add 1/2 cup Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries, Peaches to make a delicious smoothie (no bananas or other fruit).
Optional: A few Almonds, Soy Nuts, and/or Sunflower Seeds or 1 - 2 Rice Cakes with Almond, Soy or Sesame Butter
Optional: Good Morning beverage coffee substitute, add Sweet Nothings if desired.
Supplements:
1 - 2 squirts Skinny Mini
1 squirt Fresh Start


Mid-Morning:
2 cups Diet Mate Tea or Lemon water, add Sweet Nothings if desired*


Lunch:
Large green salad with protein, i.e. Tofu, Cheese, Egg, Fish, Sesame Seeds, etc. (no croutons or pasta) use low carb/fat dressing. 1 cup Eat Your Herbs Instant Soup.
Optional: 1 - 2 Rice Cakes or equivalent in no-yeast Crackers or Corn Chips.
Optional: Cocoffee or Chai Cocoffee (a sweet, healthy, filling drink).
Supplements:
1 - 2 squirts Skinny Mini
1 squirt Fresh Start (use 2 squirts if not eating organic food)
2 squirts Natural Nutrients and 1 squirt Bone Rich


One Hour After Lunch:
2 cups Diet Mate Tea or Lemon water*


Mid-Afternoon:
4 oz. The Soy of Life/Nature's Boost drink (saved from morning mix)
Optional: A few Almonds, Soy Nuts and/or Sunflower Seeds.


One Half Hour Before Dinner:
Optional: 2 squirts Bitters to stimulate healthy digestion.


Dinner:
Eat between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. whenever possible (at least 4 hours before bedtime). Eat a normal dinner, eating what you want, including snacks and dessert within one hour. Include 2 vegetables, 1 green salad, 1 fruit, protein, and other items of your choice! Make Digest Ease or Yummy Tummy Tea.
Optional: Reduce salt intake and increase nutrients by using Sea Shakes, Zesty Sea Shakes, or Sea Shakes with Rose Hips.
Optional: To reduce carbohydrates, use Cinnamon Herb Sweet in your dessert.
Supplements:
1 - 2 squirts Skinny Mini
1 squirt Fresh Start (use 2 squirts if not eating organic food)
2 squirts Herbal Wellness Tonic and 1 squirt Bone Rich
After eating or to curb cravings: 2 squirts Will Power


One Hour After Dinner:
Lemon water or Ultimate Night Tea*


Three To Four Times Per Week:
30 - 40 minutes of healthy exercise.
